With the help of a dietician, food plans are designed for each individual. The food plans developed are ideal for both weight loss and weight maintenance. Average weekly weight loss is 1-2 pounds.
- Precisely portioned meal plan for consistent weight loss individually developed with the guidance of a registered dietitian.
- Meals low in fat and high in fiber, allowing greater amounts of food with a lower calorie intake.
- Sixteen to twenty weekly group sessions with the option to extend participation for greater weight losses.
- A complete physical, laboratory studies and EKG are done with your physician or at our center and are required prior to entering the program. Lab work is required only at week 18 for participants unless medical diagnoses require more frequent monitoring.
- Twenty four session, pre-paid Skills Enhancement Program is recommended. This class meets weekly and focuses on nutrition, fitness and long-term weight management skills.
- This plan may be combined with the latest prescription weight management medication.
